This new one day seminar is a great way for you and your key staff to hone sales and service skills and learn new techniques to take your cemetery to the next level of customer service. The program precedes the 59th Annual Convention and Exposition, and will offer ideas and techniques that are bound to help you help your families in their pre-need and at-need experiences.

The program has been developed by the Marketing and Public Relations Committee in response to input from their recent survey. You said you wanted to expand your Sales and Service savvy and we responded with a professional seminar that’s sure to enhance your knowledge.
